State Street Properties, a prominent city developer and property management company, is partnering with CreativeSpaces-Fredericton to offer prospective arts groups two commercial spaces in downtown Fredericton below market rents. CSF will serve as the liaison between interested groups and State Street, providing interested arts organizations information on the available spaces, and viewing times to see them.
