State Street Properties partners with CSF offering spaces for arts groups below market rents

State Street Properties, a prominent city property management company, is working with CreativeSpaces-Fredericton to offer prospective arts organizations the opportunity to lease two large commercial spaces in downtown Fredericton below market rents. CSF will serve as the liaison between interested groups and State Street, providing interested arts organizations further information on these spaces, and viewing times to see them.
